For the 6 Week Challenge we have two types of programs for women in Carrollwood, Land O' Lakes, Palm Harbor, Wesley Chapel and Westchase

--- a Personal Training program – a more private, customized training in a small group (usually preferred by people who have injuries, or are in their 50's-70's or want more customized training)

--- or a Fitness Boot Camp led by personal trainers - a faster paced, more intense large group workout (we also love training beginners too) 70% of people choose this one
