Carrollwood Fitness Boot Camp for Women
At our Carrollwood Fitness Boot Camp we can help you with weight loss while we get your body into great shape. We do this with fun 30-minute boot camp style workouts. But we also have a Licensed Dietician who has designed our complete nutrition plan.
Most fitness boot camps do not offer help with nutrition since you must be licensed to do so.
The weight loss part of the program helps women know how to eat healthy in a way that you enjoy, as well as your family. And we do this with delicious recipes, simple menus and tips on how to eat out.
Our Licensed Dietician is also a former member who lost 40 lbs. with us and has kept it for 4 years!
Weight loss is quite simple, once you learn how to eat in a way you enjoy. This also makes it easier to maintain weight loss.
To help with weight loss, we want to get your body active, while getting the muscles tone. This also can increase the metabolism which makes you burn more body fat while the body is not even moving.
