At our Westchase Fitness Boot Camp we not only focus on getting your body into amazing shape, we also focus on weight loss. We do this through fun, efficient workouts but we also have a complete nutrition plan written by a licensed dietician, which most fitness boot camps do not offer this.

The weight loss portion of the program is designed to help you learn how to eat healthy in a way that you really enjoy which includes different recipes, how to eat out and tips on great snacks to have.

We also have women who do our fitness boot camp that are not doing it for weight loss, they just want to get more toned and we have that option as well.

The goal with weight loss is to get your body moving, tone the muscles to help speed up your metabolism to burn more fat at rest and to shape the body, since muscles are what gives your body shape.
