We are all so busy, so if you can get it done in 30 minutes, there is no reason to workout for longer!
We also train women of all fitness levels, ages and body shapes. We have many newbies who have never done a fitness boot camp before and most women are really surprised at how they can ease into it at their level.
The great thing is, the trainer changes the workouts every workout, changing it around constantly so you are never bored. The goal with 30-minute fitness boot camp style workout is to get your heart rate elevated in short sections.
